Converation between me and Boiar

God of Chocobos: well allow me to put your mind on something else though. The Terrorist have released a banner for a new video they're putting out called "Invitation to Islam" and basicly they're probably going to be "Inviting us to Islam" which in Jihad language is "Convert or we have premission to kill you" and to me this sounds like revelations coming true, which bothers me alittle...
Princess Orraya: O_O
Princess Orraya: what part of revelations was this?
Princess Orraya: the only thing that comes to mind is taking th emark
God of Chocobos: yeah that's what i'm thinking....
God of Chocobos: because really if we refuse they have 3 ways to deal with us
Princess Orraya: nuke us?
Princess Orraya: bomb us?
Princess Orraya: and?
God of Chocobos: They kill us. they forcibly convert us. Or we have to pay a tax for not converting, like back in the Caliphet.
Princess Orraya: well
Princess Orraya: that'd suck.
God of Chocobos: YES
Princess Orraya: is this the green dragon of islam?
God of Chocobos: it's black i beleve actually
God of Chocobos: that's what they refer to it as.
Princess Orraya: i swear it was green
Princess Orraya: we saw that site last year
God of Chocobos: Prophets refer to black dragons rising up, and the terrorst refer to themseleves as the black dragon o'Islam...
Princess Orraya: oh
God of Chocobos: *shrugs* aswell as a War in Messopotamia, and if you were wondering, what we call Al'quda in Iraq, they call themselves AlQuida in Messopotamia.
God of Chocobos: which...is Iraq essentially
Princess Orraya: yeah
Princess Orraya: ok
Princess Orraya: the kingdom of the antichrist
Princess Orraya: mouth of a lion (hong kong)
Princess Orraya: feet of a bear (russia)
Princess Orraya: the dragon gives him his power/seat
God of Chocobos: Dragon sounds like China, or Japan.
Princess Orraya: it's china
God of Chocobos: ooor...the terrorists. XD
God of Chocobos: but that's a black dragon
Princess Orraya: red dragon
God of Chocobos: *shrugs* or it could be prince charles like some crazies believe.
Princess Orraya: .....
God of Chocobos: since his emblem has all that stuff on it. and he's already declared he wants to be king of england
God of Chocobos: by england
God of Chocobos: i mean europe
God of Chocobos: but my mind...it is teh dead at the moment
Princess Orraya: well there's still putin
Princess Orraya: the 3 diseases too
God of Chocobos: Irans president too...China and Russia side with Iran on this for one reason or another.
God of Chocobos: and without their agreement the U.N. peace people can't do anything
Princess Orraya: damnnnn
God of Chocobos: and Pres. Amadinajad...aka what's his face? already wants to bring about the muslim idea of the Apocolypse by bringing back the Fourth...maybe it was the Fifth Imam
Princess Orraya: the iranian prez?
Princess Orraya: he looks like lincoln
God of Chocobos: haha
God of Chocobos: yeah, but that's what he wants to do
Princess Orraya: GREEN DRAGON OF MUSLIM IRAN
Princess Orraya: ok
Princess Orraya: the antichrist (putin) appears to be kind
Princess Orraya: bin ladin is only the destroyer
God of Chocobos: and now for a break of serious, with something funny, "Aliens call off mission to communicate with Humans through a Urine-Soaked Homeless man"
God of Chocobos: now back to the serious
Princess Orraya: XD
Princess Orraya: look out for asteroid-caused tidal wave in 07

Auto response from God of Chocobos: The Dark elves are like British Posh, what've done drugs

God of Chocobos: says?
Princess Orraya: revelation13.net
God of Chocobos: hm
God of Chocobos: Wormwood
Princess Orraya: ?
Princess Orraya: ohh!
Princess Orraya: right
God of Chocobos: that's the name of the astroid in revelations
Princess Orraya: you got me thinking harry potter for a sec
God of Chocobos: haha
God of Chocobos: I wonder if the guy that wrote revelations actually knew this kinda thing...because one theory is that he just was writing about the current government of the time (which had imprisend him on the island he wrote revelations from) in code.

The Miracle at Fatima

I'm Quoting this all out of a Very old book my Grandfather owned...by very old i mean...it's from 1982 XD. Anyway enjoy.

On May 13, 1917, a vision appeared to three shepherd children near the village of Fatima in Portugal. On a cloud that hovered above an oak tree they saw the shining figure of a woman, "a Beautiful Lady from Heaven." The lady told the children - Lucia, 10, Fransico,9, and Jacinta, 7 - to meet her in the same place on the 13th of each month until October.
A month later, about 50 people gathered to see the apparition. Some of them claimed to see a cloud above the tree, but only the children saw the lady herself. A larger crowed assembled the following month, but again the lady was invisible to all but the children. By now there was a considerable opposition to the story and the unwelcome publicity it was bringing to the district, and on August 13 the children were arrested by the local prfect. Two days of interrogation failed to make them change their testimony. On the 19th of the month the lady again appeared to them, this time, at Valinhos, not far from Fatima, and told them that they would see her again for the last time on October 13.
A crowd of 50,000 gathered, on a wet and dismal day, to see the last apparition. This time the shiniing lady, again invisible to all but the children, announced her identity:she was Our Lady of the Rosary, and she told them three "Secrets" about the future.
Then something shocking happend.
The rain suddenly stopped and the sun came out. At first it seemed to start spinning and then it began to plunge crazily toward the earth. The crowd was terrified. After a moment the sun returned to it normal position and then, twice more, repeated the same maneuver. Later people found that their clothing which had been soaked in the downpour, was quite dry. The two younger children, Francisco and Jacinta, died during the influenza epidemic of 1918-19. Lucia learned to read and write and recorded the "secrets" the lady had told her. The first was a vision of hell. the second may be reference to World War II:
"The war [World War I] is coming to an end. bBut if people do not cease to offend the Lord, another and more terrible one will break out during the next pontificate. When you see the night lit up by a great, unknown ligh, know that it is a sign that god gives you of that punishment of the world by another war, famine and perecution of the Church and of the Holy Father."
During the next pontificate, that of Pius XI, Hitler annexed Austria. In January 1938, two months before this prelude to World War II, the people of wstern Europe beheld an extrodinary display of lights in the night sky. they lasted for two hours and were so bright that in the Alps night workers were able to see without artificial light. The lights were described as a rare form of the aurora borealis In accordance with Lucia's instructions, her record of the lady's third secret was, reportedly, opend by Pope John XXIII in 1960. What the message said had never been made Public, but according to one account, the pope told some of those closest to him in the Vatican that what he read there almost made him faint with horror.

The statement was eventually to be released but never was...to this day noone but the Pope has access to the 3rd prediction...

12 planets

Yeah, thanks to the Big...group...of people...something *shakes head* anyway, we now have 12 planets, and infact our Moon could be considered a planet someday. one of those really big Astroids in the Belt is considered a Planet now. I think they must've done this so that Pluto could still be considered a planet. =_= so confusing

Company claims to have developed new technology that provides unlimited free energy

August 20, 2006 Steorn, an Irish company, claims to have produced a groundbreaking (we do not use this word lightly) technology which is based on the interaction of magnetic fields and produces free, clean and constant energy. If the claims are true, the new technology will enable a significant range of benefits, from the convenience of never having to refuel your car or recharge your mobile phone, to a genuine solution to the need for zero emission energy production. It will also provide a secure supply of energy, since the components of the technology are readily available. Steorn’s technology appears to violate the ‘Principle of the Conservation of Energy’, (energy can neither be created nor destroyed, it can only change form) considered by many to be the most fundamental principle in our current understanding of the universe. Fully aware that its claims will be considered bunkum by anyone who has graduated kindergarten, Steorn today issued a challenge to the global scientific community to test its free energy technology. Steorn has placed an advertisement in The Economist to attract the attention of the world’s leading scientists working in the field of experimental physics. From all the scientists who accept the challenge, twelve will be invited to take part in a rigorous testing exercise to prove that Steorn’s technology creates free energy. The results will be published worldwide.

The technology is in a constant state of development. The company has focused for the past three years on increasing power output and the development of test systems that allow detailedanalysis to be performed.

Steorn is making three claims for its technology:

1. The technology has a coefficient of performance greater than 100%. 2. The operation of the technology (i.e. the creation of energy) is not derived from the degradation of its component parts. 3. There is no identifiable environmental source of the energy (as might be witnessed by a cooling of ambient air temperature).

The sum of these claims is that the technology creates free energy.

This represents a significant challenge to current understanding of the universe and clearly such claims require independent validation from credible third parties. During 2005 Steorn embarked on a process of independent validation and approached a wide selection of academic institutions. The vast majority of these institutions refused to even look at the technology, however several did. Those who were prepared to complete testing are claimed (by Steorn) to have all confirmed the company's claims; however none will publicly go on record.

In early 2006 Steorn decided to seek validation from the scientific community in a more public forum, and as a result have published the challenge in The Economist. The company is seeking a jury of twelve qualified experimental physicists to define the tests required, the test centres to be used, monitor the analysis and then publish the results.

Steorn decided to publish its challenge in The Economist because of the breadth of its readership. “We chose it over a purely scientific magazine simply because we want to make the general public aware that this process is about to commence and to generate public support, awareness, interest etc for what we are doing.”

Sean McCarthy, CEO of Steorn, commented: “During the years of its development, our technology has been validated by various independent scientists and engineers. We are now seeking twelve of the most qualified and most cynical from the world’s scientific community to form an independent jury, test the technology in independent laboratories and publish their findings.

“We are under no illusions that there will be a lot of cynicism out there about our proposition, as it currently challenges one of the basic principles of physics. However, the implications of our technology go far beyond scientific curiosity: addressing many urgent global needs including security of energy supply and zero emission energy production. In order for these benefits to be achieved, we need the public validation and endorsement of the scientific community”.

“We’re playing our part in making that happen by throwing down the gauntlet with today’s announcement – now it’s over to the scientists to ensure that the real potential and benefits of our technology can be realised.”

Following the validation process, Steorn intends to license its technology to organisations within the energy sector. It will allow use of its technology royalty-free for certain purposes including water and rural electrification projects in third world countries, details to be announced later.

Access denied to the laws that govern us

Access denied to the laws that govern us

Imagine having to pay to know if you are breaking a law. Soon you will, if the government has its way

Heather Brooke

The Guardian

Shhh - don't pass it on. It's the kind of secrecy one might expect for a database of proposed nuclear reactors or plans to go to war. But a database containing the laws of the land? Surely the only way to obey the law is to know what it is in the first place? On August 2, the government rolled out the second stage of a long-delayed project to make the consolidated law of parliament accessible to the people. So how does it look? The public - who paid for the whole project - can't get a look in.

No free public access sites have been granted permission to view the current system and testers of the database - predominantly from commercial legal publishing firms - have been told not to share their login and password. Even so, some testers are not entirely happy with what they've found after logging on to the top secret database of our country's laws.

Firstly, an astounding Crown copyright notice greets the reader: "The Statute Law Database and the material on the SLD website are subject to Crown copyright protection. The Crown copyright waiver that applies to published legislation generally does not apply to SLD because it is a value-added product. Any reuse of material from SLD will be the subject of separate and specific licensing arrangements. No such arrangements have yet been entered into. Users should not therefore reproduce or reuse any material from SLD until further guidance is issued."

Democracy advocates outraged

No matter that the value was added by public officials at taxpayer expense. Small commercial legal publishers and democracy advocates are outraged. "It is appaling that a government feels it should sell the laws it makes to the general public who must obey them," said developer Francis Irving, who last month won two New Statesman new media awards for his web sites www.writetothem.com (the contribution to civic society award) and www.pledgebank.com (advocacy award). "Because the DCA's data cannot be reproduced, it makes it impossible for anyone else to compete by providing new and innovative ways of accessing and learning the law."

Irving had hoped to create a free, user-friendly legal database to rival his previous successes. As such he filed Freedom of Information Act requests last year asking for the raw data held by the Department for Constitutional Affairs. Instead of thanking Irving for his interest, the DCA denied his request. Matthew Elliot, the chief executive of the Taxpayers' Alliance, is appalled by the government's response: "Any information collected by the government at taxpayers' expense should be freely available to the public. If private organisations are willing to collate information at no expense to the taxpayer, why on earth is the government spending money doing exactly the same thing?"

DCA spokesman Alfred Bacchus says that the copyright notice is only for the pilot system. "For live running it will be suitably amended. We have always quoted that there will be a level of free access for the general public but there may be a charge against some of the value added data (defined under the terms of the Treasury's Wider Markets Initiative) depending on the outcome of the commercial strategy. This is being discussed at the moment."

It isn't as though the government has lacked time to produce a taxpayer-funded database. In 1991, it awarded a contract to Syntegra Ltd - a BT company, previously Secure Information Systems Ltd - to build the legal database. "Since that time little information has been released about the project, though regular assurances have been given as to its progress and, since 1995, as to it being publicly available 'next year'," says Nick Holmes, managing director of Infolaw, an online legal resource.

The Syntegra project was delivered in November 1993, though not formally accepted until Summer 1995, at a cost of £700,000. "It is not clear what was delivered at that time, nor what happened to the project for the next several years," Holmes says. Despite spending an unknown amount of public money, it now appears the DCA plans to charge the public to access the data. Current law will be freely accessible, but historical law will not. So, for example, if you are selling a house you bought 10 years ago, you would have to pay to find out the laws in force at that time. "Why the man in the street has to pay to see the law even as it was 10 years ago is hard to understand," Holmes says. "Potentially, that's relevant to everyone, not just lawyers."

US law is copyright free

This is not how it could, or should, have happened. In the US, where information compiled at public expense by public officials is copyright free, the public has had access to consolidated law for decades. Since 1992, the Legal Information Institute at Cornell University in New York has been the leading online resource for US law and Supreme Court decisions. "The raw material for our United States Code collection is provided us by the law revision counsel's office in the House of Representatives," says institute director Thomas R Bruce. "They have actively helped us with the things we publish."

Even Canada, which inherited Crown copyright from us, provides its citizens free access to parliamentary law. In the mid-90s the University of Montreal, which now operates the Canadian Legal Information Institute, set out to remove copyright limits on the distribution of law. It succeeded and the Reproduction of Federal Law Order was issued in late 1996.

Meanwhile, in the UK, we're still suffering under the yoke of Crown copyright. "This copyright situation manages to be bad for business, bad for lawyers, bad for the general public and bad for our freedom all at the same time," Irving said.

Cease Fire v. 2.0

It would appear that the Isrealies cannot keep to this cease fire, they've already raided an area in Eastern Lebenon to stop shipments from Syria and Iran. I can understand that they wouldn't want Hezbolia(sp) getting these weapons...but The point is they're just inviting more violence by not keeping with the agreed cease Fire...

and now it's time for me to argue with myself.

I can understand, like i said above, why they would not want these shipments making it to their destination, but now that the Cease Fire is in place they should not be already be breaking that, it only opens up for more attacks, and more death.

On the other hand no one else is going to do anything about it, atleast no the U.N. Peace keepers. U.N. is not allowed to use weapons, or really do anyting, the U.N. No longer works and needs to be compleatly revamped. It was ment for Cold War Politics not modern Politics....that's all.

ENTERTAINMENT SOFTWARE ASSOCIATION ANNOUNCES EVOLUTION OF E3EXPO FOR 2007

Washington, DC (July 31, 2006) — To better address the needs of today's global computer and video game industry, the 2007 Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3Expo) is evolving into a more intimate event focused on targeted, personalized meetings and activities, the Entertainment Software Association (ESA) announced today.

“The world of interactive entertainment has changed since E3Expo was created 12 years ago. At that time we were focused on establishing the industry and securing orders for the holiday season,” said Douglas Lowenstein, President of the ESA, the trade association representing U.S. computer and video game publishers and the owner of E3Expo. “Over the years, it has become clear that we need a more intimate program, including higher quality, more personal dialogue with the worldwide media, developers, retailers and other key industry audiences.”

The new E3Expo will take shape over the next several months. As currently envisioned, it will still take place in Los Angeles, described by ESA as a “great and supportive partner helping to build E3.” It will focus on press events and small meetings with media, retail, development, and other key sectors. While there will be opportunities for game demonstrations, E3Expo 2007 will not feature the large trade show environment of previous years.

“E3Expo remains an important event for the industry and we want to keep that sense of excitement and interest, ensuring that the human and financial resources crucial to its success can be deployed productively to create an exciting new format to meet the needs of the industry. The new event ensures that there will be an effective and more efficient way for companies to get information to media, consumers, and others,” said Lowenstein.

Additionally, the evolution of the video game industry into a vibrant and expanding global market has led to the creation of major events in different regions, such as the Games Convention in Leipzig, the Tokyo Game Show, and company-specific events held by Sony, Nintendo, Microsoft, and others around the world. As a result, Lowenstein said, “It is no longer necessary or efficient to have a single industry 'mega-show.' By refocusing on a highly-targeted event, we think we can do a better job serving our members and the industry as a whole, and our members are energized about creating this new E3.”

Additional details about the new E3Expo event will be forthcoming in the next few months.

The ESA is the U.S. association dedicated to serving the business and public affairs needs of the companies publishing interactive games for video game consoles, handheld devices, personal computers, and the Internet. ESA members collectively account for more than 90 percent of the $7 billion in entertainment software sales in the U.S. in 2005, and billions more in export sales of entertainment software. For more information about the ESA, please visit www.theESA.com.

Humans

We humans fight nature right and left, we feel that we can over come the strongest forces ever, and that can only lead to trouble. Humans nolonger move in the natrual way of things, but against the natrual way, without any consideration of what happens to our planet. Natrual selection states that only the fit survive, but we with humans now are capable of fighting that simple statement to the bitter end. . . which is prolonged...by our fighting... anwyay. Humans are able to survive atleast long enough in most industrilized countries to reproduce before they die, thus keeping even bad genes in the gene pool. We humans are like a virus or a parasite, we spread to a region and suck the land dry of any natrual resources and move on to a new place until that place too is dead. (O_O totally got that from the matrix XD) We humans have a death wish, it's our higher intelligence that has us creating Gods and cultures (as far as we know we're the only creatures that do this...although dolphins have now been proven to give themselves names -- now you know)and we fight over these belief systems of ours, killing each other not caring that it is just killing our species. in the end we don't have the intellegence not to make the weapons.
...We're getting better, don't you see? But the fact remains--we humans are the sentient species that has shown the most tendency to deliberatly refuse to communicate with other species and instead destroy them utterly. --Children of the Mind by Orson Scott Card (page 345)

Cease Fire

So they've come up with a Cease fire, huzzah for them. the problem is Isreal doesn't ever get the good end of these deals and people in that part of the earth hate them with such a passion that this won't last, once Hezbolah is done with them (which is monday) i'm sure another Army will step in to fill the void. I know I know, "How very pessimestic of you Ethan" but i mean think about it. in your entire life, what's the longest you've heard of Isreal having 'peace'? it's not long, I don't know if there was every a time with more then a year. As sad as this is for me to think about i don't believe there will ever be a time when humans are compleatly peaceful...atleast no time in my lifetime, or my childrens lifetime. if Humans begin work, maybe my Grandchildrens. However, the way this world is going no human will last that long. We havfe crazies everywhere, wanting to bring about their religions ideas of the Apoclypse so that whatever is supposed to happen happens. When did the Laws of nature say that we were supposed to Kill ourselves off? we humans don't pay attention to the way nature is "supposed to work" on a small scale yes we have some natural selection, but when it comes down to it our species has a Death wish. For now that is all, i'm already planning my next post to continue this one.

pokemon daimond and peral.

Okay, my first post should really be about what this site is about, you know, my views about current world events or something, and I'll get to that, i'm still thinking about how i want to present this argument, but while i do that, i think you should watch this since pokemon is amazing. yes I still love the pokemon games, the show sucks. but the Games are some of the best RPGs for the hand held systems. here you go.
